Banma, Holomatic to co-build intelligent driving solution

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Alibaba-backed automotive operating system (OS) developer Banma reached strategic cooperation with Holomatic, a Chinese autonomous driving tech firm, at the Auto Shanghai 2023 to drive the application of intelligent driving smart cockpit solutions.

Under the agreement, Banma and Holomatic will work together to promote the deep integration of the former’s AliOS Drive intelligent driving operating system with the latter’s HoloSAR middleware. 

To be specific, Banma will pair the AliOS Cyber smart cockpit operating system and the AliOS Drive with Holomatic's mass-produced autonomous driving function, innovative R&D capabilities in intelligent driving interaction, and user experience evaluation system, to further connect OS and AI technologies, unify autonomous driving and intelligent cockpit domains, and create an integrated cabin and driving fusion solution.

Currently, Banma and Holomatic have established a co-creation platform for "intelligent cockpit + intelligent driving" based on the AliOS, and jointly developed an intelligent driving teaching function to help smart car users quickly master the new skills, creating a smoother first experience for users.
